Remote location, long and bumpy road to get to the hotel. Limited dining options and no shuttle service.

Green Lodge Moorea - a unique and beautiful experience with Balinese undertones. Character villa right on the beach with the sound of crashing waves all night. Excellent hosts, exceptional meals. Relaxing stay, peaceful and serene setting. Thatched hut with a lovely bathroom. Beautiful grounds and pool. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Accommodating owners with great recommendations for activities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

we chose this lodging because of its gorgeous beachfront setting and we weren't disappointed. the ocean view is truly mesmerizing and the sound of the waves is so peaceful. Our hut is beautifully designed with a lovely bathroom featuring a rock-lined shower with amazing views. Not to mention, the breakfasts and dinners are absolutely delicious!
The service is not up to par, making us feel ignored and judged.

Great ocean view from the hut and a lovely pool perfect for a hot New Year’s Day. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing. The location was a bit isolated, but we enjoyed the tranquility.
The cost was not really worth it. We were charged an unreasonable amount of money for the drinks in the mini bar.

I had an amazing stay at a fabulous hideaway in Moorea. The beach front Fare I stayed in was creatively constructed and beautiful, with Balinese undertones. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing all night and even got to witness whales passing by. The hosts, Jean Luc and Isabelle, were incredibly welcoming and their meals were exceptional. The swimming pool was a big hit with my daughter. Though it was out of the way, the tranquility and personalized experience made it all worth it. I highly recommend this unique and character-filled lodge.
